St. Luke's College is a bilingual co-educational day school in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area with campuses in Olivos, Nordelta, and Haras Santa Maria. It covers Nivel Inicial through Nivel Secundario and follows an Active Learning Programme that gives students choice and encourages engagement. The school is a Cambridge examination centre and an ESSARP member. A house system runs across the school, and programmes include performing and visual arts, physical education, volleyball, community service through its Learning and Service initiative, and digital skills integrated across subjects.

St. Luke's College operates across three campuses in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area: Olivos (Miguel de Azcuenaga 2340), Nordelta (Agustin M. Garcia 5960), and Haras Santa Maria (Panamericana Ramal Escobar Km 54, Escobar). The multi-campus structure allows the school to serve families across a wide geographic area north of Buenos Aires.
The school offers three levels: Nivel Inicial (Early Years), Nivel Primario (Primary), and Nivel Secundario (Secondary). This provides a continuous educational pathway from early childhood through to the end of secondary education.
