Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are structured as monthly payments with two term surcharges billed in April (1st term) and October (2nd term). April and October invoices combine the monthly amount plus the respective term fee to form the term total. May–September and November–March are billed at the monthly rate shown. The fee period is April 2025 – March 2026.
- Late payment charge: Monthly late fee RO 1.000 will be charged from the 11th day of the next month.
- Annual‑payment discount: A special discount of RO 10 is offered if the full annual fee is paid before April 30, 2025.
Boarding / hostel

Fee payment options and bank details
- Accepted payment methods at the school fee counter: cash or bank cards (debit/credit). School cash counter timing: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM on working days (Sunday–Thursday), excluding public holidays.
- Bank transfer / online payment: Bank Muscat account — A/c No. 0358 0005 7622 0016, Account name: INDIAN SCHOOL MULADHA. The school accepts deposits or online transfers; parents are instructed to send the receipt (by WhatsApp) to the class teacher with student details for reconciliation.
