PASB maintains a Child Protection Policy to safeguard students and uphold their rights. All concerns and suspicions are taken seriously, and every member of the community is trained to follow safeguarding procedures. If abuse or neglect is suspected, the school reports to the local Conselho Tutelar in accordance with Brazilian law. The policy references the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and describes definitions of abuse and neglect. In a report situation, the Superintendent may convene a Crisis Response Team to review procedures and ensure protection. Bullying and harassment are not tolerated and the school fosters a safe, respectful environment.

1. Contact us. The Admissions Department will answer questions about our program, school curriculum, calendar, extracurricular activities, and fees. PASB offers two core curriculums—the international (American) curriculum and the Brazilian program, with most content taught in English and Portuguese studied through the Brazilian Program subjects. Students can graduate with up to three diplomas: American, Brazilian, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The school year runs July through June, with the first semester ending in mid-December and the second starting in late January. 2. Tour. The visit lasts about 90 minutes, and the schedule form is available online to arrange a tour. 3. Assessment and Interview. All applicants from Year 1 to Year 12 go through an admissions process that includes evaluations and interviews with the Principal. For Early Childhood, families will be interviewed by the Principal. 4. Enrollment. Once the candidate is approved, the school will contact the family to proceed with enrollment. If there are no open spots for the desired grade, there is a waiting list. The enrollment process aligns with PASB's July–June calendar period.

1. Institutional Presentation. During the Pedagogical Meeting, an institutional presentation is given about Villa. You will learn about the proposal, the services, the Villa Way of Being, and you may ask questions. This step provides a foundation for understanding Villa's educational approach. 2. Pedagogical Approach (Students). From Group 4 onward, the student must develop a pedagogical activity and have the opportunity to experience Villa. To complete the Pedagogical Approach, present the latest School Transcript, Report, or Portfolio of Activities. This process helps assess the student's readiness and fit with Villa's teaching approach. 3. Return on the Pedagogical Approach. The admissions team discusses what was learned about the student and outlines personalized approaches to welcoming, developing potential, and integrating with classmates. Guardians are invited to participate in planning, and a tailored onboarding plan may be developed. The outcome informs subsequent steps in enrollment. 4. Pre-registration Reservation. After completing the previous steps and confirming seat availability, the Admissions Center contacts the family to guide pre-registration. Meals are served daily in the school cafeteria in a self-service buffet. The buffet includes a nutritious lunch, juice, and a healthy dessert.
