Cumbres International School Cancún offers a bespoke, bilingual Catholic education in Mexico. The school, as part of the Semper Altius network, recognizes the responsibility to protect the integrity and dignity of every student. The Safeguarding Environments Policy establishes principles, norms, and procedures to guarantee a safe environment and prevent abuse. There is a Code of Conduct for all people who interact with minors, and a clear procedure to report and address violations. A Safeguarding Officer is designated at each school to oversee policy implementation, with ongoing training and supervision from the network. All staff are trained in the policy and follow clear procedures in case of abuse reports; abuse is reported to civil authorities as required. Abuse is rejected and not covered up.
