Admissions

Admissions

Admission is offered when space is available. An application form is issued, and a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 2000 is payable with submission. The required documents are a copy of the child's birth certificate, the most recent school report card, and copies of the parents' identification cards. If no space is available, the child is placed on the waiting list and notified when an opening arises. The registrar arranges a Parents' Interview with the Admissions Committee. The child undergoes an entrance assessment. Feedback on the assessment is provided within five working days with next steps advised. Upon acceptance, fee payments are made with the Accounts Office; admission fees are non-refundable. A Parent Orientation is scheduled to introduce the family to Oshwal Academy Mombasa; information is communicated through the child's diary. For non-Kenyan students, all non-Kenyan students must obtain a renewable annual Pupil's Pass under Kenyan Immigration Law; requests are to be made online via the Kenyan Immigration Office.
