Early Childhood; Primary School (Grades K–6); Secondary School (Grades 7–12). In Secondary, the school offers IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 7–10 and IB Diploma Programme (DP) for Grades 11–12.

Private SPK (Satuan Pendidikan Kerjasama) school following the Indonesian national curriculum with international standard; uses international languages and teachers; Secondary offers IB MYP and DP.

More than 95% of students are Indonesian; the remaining students come from various countries around the world.

Curriculum at Tzu Chi School is organized by stage: Early Years, Primary School, and Secondary School. Early Years combines the National Curriculum with Ren Wen Humanistic Education and uses Pearson iPrimary digital resources to support learning. Primary School integrates the National Curriculum with the Cambridge Framework and is taught in three languages—English, Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia—both as subjects and as languages of instruction. Secondary School offers IB programmes: IB MYP for Grades 7–10 and IB DP for Grades 11–12, and is accredited as an IB World School with SPK registration. Service Learning and CAS are embedded, including projects and community engagement aligned with the IB framework; the Diploma Programme includes Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay, and CAS.

IB DP provides pathways to universities locally and internationally. The Diploma Programme is designed to prepare students for higher education.

The school integrates Ren Wen Humanistic Education to develop character and moral values, and the curriculum addresses the emotional and social well-being of every student. Students participate in community service and other activities that support well-being and social development.

The school is a trilingual program with English, Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia as languages of instruction; English is used as a medium of instruction and there are foreign teachers for English and Mandarin, alongside local staff.

1. The school accepts applications for Nursery 1 (N1) through Grade 11, and the admission process usually starts in September each year. The application form is accessed on the designated date from the Tzu Chi School website and is paid when lodging the application. The school conducts an observation test for Early Childhood (N1, N2, K1, K2) or an entrance test for Primary and Secondary; results are communicated by phone or email, or via the school website within the specified timeframe. The status can be accepted, wait listed, re-testing, or denied. 2. Accepted students will receive an Acceptance Letter within two weeks after the exam or observation. Final confirmation of school places is conditional upon payment of the registration fee, admission fee, and tuition. 3. There are orientation events for students and/or parents before the school starts, with the schedule notified later. Parents are informed about the designated dates for the distribution of school uniforms and supplies. 4. Registration documents are required. National Students must provide: 3 latest color photos (3x4 cm); copy of the last 3 years' school report card; copy of Birth Certificate; copy of Family Card; copy of parents' ID; copy of Vaccination Record; 1 full-body color photo; and copy of student's and parents' passport. International Students must provide: 3 latest color photos (3x4 cm); copy of the last 3 years' school report card; copy of Birth Certificate; copy of Family Card; copy of parents' ID; copy of Vaccination Record; 1 full-body color photo; copy of student's and parents' passport; copy of student's and parents' KIMS / KITAS / SKLD; and a Permit Letter to study in Indonesia from the Education Ministry after acceptance; for Grade 10–11, a legalized English transcript is required.
