Admissions

Admissions

1. School Inquiry / School Tour. Families initiate contact to learn about SIS South Jakarta's programs and campus life. Staff provide information and answer questions to help assess fit, and a tour may be arranged to observe classrooms and facilities. This step helps families decide whether to continue with the admissions process. 2. Initial Document Submission & Processing Enrollment Form. Submit a photocopy of the student's passport and two years of academic transcripts from the current school, if available, to begin the placement process. The enrollment form is processed to determine placement and readiness for the chosen program. Additional documents may be requested as needed. 3. Registration Fee. A registration fee is required to secure the placement. The fee is part of the enrollment steps and confirms the family's intention to enroll. The school acknowledges receipt and outlines any remaining steps. 4. Interview with Head Teacher / Deputy Head Teacher. An interview with the Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher is conducted for all levels. If the family is located abroad, the interview may be conducted via Skype at Jakarta time, with the time and date arranged by the school. The interview assesses fit for the program and provides an opportunity for questions. 5. Confirmation of Acceptance. Following the interview, acceptance is communicated if the candidate meets program requirements. The family receives an official acceptance notification and instructions for the next steps. 6. School Fee Payment. After acceptance, tuition and related fees are paid according to the school's schedule. Payment details, deadlines and accepted methods are provided by the school. 7.
