Billing schedule and payment terms
- Monthly payments: tuition may be paid in ten monthly installments. The first installment is due at the moment of inscription and is collected together with the annual registration fee; the remaining installments are due between the 1st and the 15th of each month, beginning in March.
- Trimestral payments: tuition may be paid in three instalments. The first instalment is due at inscription together with the annual registration fee; the second instalment is due between June 1 and 15; the third instalment is due between September 1 and 15.
- Annual payment: tuition may be paid in a single annual payment at inscription. A 5% discount is granted for annual payments made by the early‑payment deadline specified for the admission round (the published early‑payment deadline for the 2026 enrollment period was December 19, 2025). The 5% discount applies only to inscriptions paid before that deadline.
Discounts and sibling / alumni concessions
- Sibling discounts (cumulative up to a maximum of 20% per pupil): 2 children — 10% discount for each; 3 children — 15% discount for each; 4 children — 20% discount for each.
- Children of alumni: 5% discount for the first child.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the Lycée operates as a day school and does not publish boarding or residential fees.
Other recurring or ancillary costs
- “Extensión lúdica” (after‑school care / supervised extension time 15:30–17:30): UYU 3,200 per month (flat monthly charge regardless of the number of weekly hours used).
- Activities labeled “extracurricular” (sports, cultural activities, summer colony, etc.) are charged separately and are not included in the standard tuition tariffs; individual activities and summer programs show separate enrollment fees and conditions. Example: summer‑camp early enrollment fee noted as UYU 3,500 (inscripciones bonificadas) with a higher rate after the early deadline.
- Cambridge preparation and certification costs integrated into regular schooling: preparation for Cambridge KET/PET certifications is included in the published tuition. Other optional external certifications or activities may carry separate charges.
- Uniforms, books, school supplies and optional materials are not itemized in the published tuition schedule and, where applicable, are charged separately by family purchase or specific program billing.
Refunds and cancellation terms
- No general, detailed refund policy for year‑round school tuition is published in the school's standard admissions fee information. For certain short programs (for example, the published summer colony enrollment form), once an inscription is completed for that program a cancellation is not permitted (“Una vez realizada la inscripción, no se realizan bajas” for the summer colony). Families should treat camp/program registration as non‑refundable where that condition is explicitly stated.
Fee payment methods and practical payment handling
- The published fee materials set out installment options and dates but do not itemize which payment instruments (credit card, bank transfer, cash, cheque, direct debit) are accepted in the public fee schedule. The school publishes a finance contact (Adm. Tesorería) for payment administration and billing inquiries. Use the school's finance contact for confirmation of accepted payment methods and to arrange payment.
Billing and administrative contacts
- The school lists a finance/treasury contact (Adm. Tesorería) for billing and administrative matters; families should use the listed finance contact when making payments, requesting invoices or clarifying billing items.
