Application / Registration Fees
- One-off registration (application) payment: AED 500 (the registration payment is adjusted against tuition at enrolment).
Tuition and educational resource fees by year group (annual and per-term amounts)
Notes on calculation: the school operates a three-instalment billing schedule for tuition; per-term instalments shown below divide the annual tuition into three equal payments. Educational Resource Fees are charged annually; the "per-term (incl. resource)" figures shown are the annual total (tuition + educational resource fee) divided by three to show the amount if the annual charges are spread evenly across the three instalments.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Normal billing: tuition is payable in three equal instalments across the academic year (three instalments). Payment deadlines and discount eligibility are linked to the instalment due dates and advance-payment deadlines.
- Methods of payment accepted:
- Cash payment to the campus cashier.
- Cheque payable to "Emirates National Schools."
- Cash deposit or bank transfer to Union National Bank into the campus account for Emirates National Schools (Ras Al Khaimah campus account number shown by the school).
- Non-payment and late payment measures: the school issues warnings and may suspend a student temporarily after repeated notices; it may withhold report cards, transfer certificates and re-registration until outstanding dues are settled. Students will not be prevented from sitting required examinations solely because of fee non-payment.
- Late-enrolment billing (Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah campuses): when students join mid-year, the payable percentage of the annual tuition is calculated by the month of enrolment (for example, a December enrolment typically requires ~90% of the annual tuition, January ~80%, February ~70%, March ~60%, etc., on a sliding scale as specified by the school's tuition refund/charge schedule).
Boarding / Accommodation
- The Ras Al Khaimah campus operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply because boarding is not provided at this campus.
Other fees and variable costs
- Educational Resource Fee: AED 1,800 per student per year (charged in addition to tuition and treated as an annual charge).
- Uniforms: required; cost varies and is managed through designated suppliers. Uniform charges are not included in the annual tuition figure and are payable separately.
- Transport (school bus): optional, provided through third-party transport operators; transport fees vary by route and distance and are charged separately (typically on an annual or term basis depending on operator/school arrangements).
- Examination and award fees: IB and AP / external examination fees (where applicable to the student) are charged in addition to tuition and resource fees for students who are registered for those exams. Costs for exam registration, mark-sheets, and examination processing are additional and vary by programme and year.
- Learning support / EAL / specialised services: additional charges may apply where a student requires extra learning support or EAL services. These are charged separately when applicable.
Refund information
- Registration fee refund: registration fees may be refundable if the student withdraws in writing within a short window after registration (the school's refund policy specifies the exact conditions for a full refund of registration in that narrow timeframe).
- Educational Resource Fee refund: refundable only when a student withdraws or is expelled before using any of the educational resources issued; partial refunds may be made at the school's discretion if resources have been partially used.
- Tuition refund on mid-year withdrawal/expulsion: the school applies a structured refund scale for Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah campuses based on the date of withdrawal measured from the school opening; refunds are calculated as a percentage of annual tuition depending on how long the student remained enrolled during the academic year. Refund requests must be made in writing by the original payer; refunds are processed to the original payer and are normally issued within 30 working days once the refund application is complete.

- Accepted payment methods: cash at campus cashier, cheque in the name of "Emirates National Schools," or bank deposit/transfer to the campus bank account (Union National Bank). Specific campus bank account numbers are published by the school for bank transfers.
- Instalment structure: parents/guardians may pay annual tuition in three equal instalments; discount eligibility and final reconciliation depend on timely payment and the deadlines established by the school's payment policy.
