Uniform shirts are Oasis-logo polo or Oxford shirts purchased from Oasis Okul Sepeti. Students wear their Oasis uniform Monday through Friday and may wear Spirit wear on Fridays. The uniform includes green or white polo shirts and white Oxford shirts, solid-colored pants or knee-length skirts, and Oasis jackets or sweaters; outdoor coats may be worn outside but must be Oasis uniform items when visible. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a foreign passport and be able to obtain a Turkish residence permit to enroll. Submit an enrollment application via the online form and upload the following documents: the child's passport, the child's residence permit (if available at enrollment time), a recent photo, at least 2 years of previous school report cards translated into English if necessary, the name and email address of a current teacher or principal for a reference, childhood vaccination record, standardized test results if any, and reports documenting special needs. Admissions testing may be required as determined by the admissions counselor. Completed applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee and the acceptance decision is communicated to the family by email. A Capital Fee must be paid to confirm and reserve the child's place. Registration follows, including agreement to follow the guidelines in the Parent/Student Handbook, and a login to the school management system (Sycamore) along with any supplemental forms.
The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) provides financial aid for families with a genuine need for monetary aid in order for their child to attend Oasis. Resources for TAP are limited and the primary responsibility for paying school fees lies with the family. The TAP application is used to review the needs of applicants and provide assistance, and the information is kept confidential. The TAP is considered on its own merits and on an individual basis, any grants awarded are valid for one year, and the school may require documentation to verify income.

The lower primary buildings and Kindergarten have four dining halls with a total capacity of about 1,700; the Middle School and High School use the main dining hall with a capacity of about 1,200, and five additional cafeterias operate inside the main dining hall alongside a fixed-table service. A Smart Card system is used for all catering; parents can add credit on campus or online. LGS Başarı Bursları (LGS Merit Scholarships): For the 2026-2027 academic year, students from outside the school admitted to the high school's 9th grade via the LGS central exam are eligible for merit-based bursaries based on their MSP percentile. The following brackets apply: 0.00-0.49 percentile = 100%; 0.50-0.99 = 80%; 1.00-1.49 = 60%; 1.50-1.99 = 50%; 2.00-2.49 = 25%; 2.50-3.00 = paid (no scholarship). After enrollment, students taking the Preparatory Turkish and English Proficiency Exams in September may be considered for the BİY Program if they opt in. 1) Vakıf Başarı Bursları (Foundation Merit Scholarships): The top scorers from the middle school year are awarded scholarships. 1. BLIS welcomes applications from all national and international students from Pre-kindergarten to upper secondary. Please submit online application for your child's grade level via the BLIS site. 2. Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: A group interview lasting about 60 minutes is conducted to observe the child's independence and development. Parents wait in a room next to the interview and complete a short survey about their child's development.

4. Grades 2-3-4: After the online application is received and fees paid, applicants are invited to admissions exams.
