Application fees
- Playschool (Pre‑K / Kindergarten) admission fee: PLN 1,890.00 (one-time, non‑refundable).
- Primary & Lower Secondary admission fee: PLN 2,490.00 (one-time, non‑refundable).
Tuition fees (by year group) — monthly and per academic year (10 months)
- Pre‑K & Kindergarten: PLN 2,990.00 per month. Annual tuition (10 monthly instalments): PLN 29,900.00. Tuition covers academic classes, nursing and counselling services, and morning and afternoon care for Pre‑K & Kindergarten.
- Grade 1–5: PLN 3,490.00 per month. Annual tuition (10 monthly instalments): PLN 34,900.00. Tuition covers academic classes, nursing and counselling services, and morning and afternoon care during the school's operational hours.
- Grade 6–8: PLN 3,790.00 per month. Annual tuition (10 monthly instalments): PLN 37,900.00. Tuition covers academic classes, nursing and counselling services.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition billing schedule: tuition is paid in monthly instalments across 10 months of the school year.
- Admission fees: one‑time payments due on enrolment and non‑refundable.
- Payment terms and options: payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer or via online payment channels; payment plans and instalment arrangements are available at the institution's discretion and must be agreed in writing. Invoicing and standard payment terms follow IPS group procedures (invoices generally issued in advance and are subject to standard payment terms such as payment within 30 days unless otherwise agreed). Instalment agreements must be documented and signed; failure to adhere to instalment schedules may lead to penalties or termination of enrolment.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: not applicable. The school operates day campuses (no boarding facilities).
Other costs and fees
- Meals and dining: on‑site meals are prepared in a school kitchen and a snack bar service is provided; meal provision is a separate element of school services (meal costs and any snack bar purchases are charged in addition to tuition).
- Enrichment / after‑school activities: afternoon enrichment clubs and activity programmes are offered (e.g., clubs, sports, language support); costs for optional enrichment activities, clubs or competitive teams may be charged in addition to tuition where applicable.
- Uniforms, school supplies and transport: standard school clothing, PE kit, school supplies and any dedicated transport services are not included in the tuition figures above and are handled as separate costs where required; families should expect to purchase or arrange these items separately.
Refund information
- Admission fees: admission fees are non‑refundable (one‑time).
- General refund framework: refund requests must be submitted in writing and refund eligibility depends on timing relative to course/school commencement; IPS group policy provides for limited refunds in certain commercial cases (for example, full refunds minus an administrative charge may apply if requested more than 28 days before commencement, with reduced or discretionary refunds closer to start dates). Instalments and commercial elements incurred after commencement are typically non‑refundable except by specific, documented agreement. Refund requests and arrangements follow the IPS group fees and refunds procedure.
Fee payment options (accepted methods)
- Credit / debit card (including card payments at designated IPS offices or payment portals).
- Bank transfer (bank details provided by the school/finance department; bank charges normally borne by the payer).
- Online payments / payment portals for specific invoices or services where enabled by IPS systems. Payment plans and instalments are available by prior written agreement.
