Application / Registration Fees
- Nursery / Kindergarten registration fee: EUR 250.
- Junior / Middle / Senior registration fee: EUR 815; a portion of this (EUR 466) is refundable when the child reaches the official school-leaving age under the College's registration terms. Sons of Old Edwardians pay reduced registration rates (examples shown: EUR 582 and EUR 350 in specified circumstances). A separate registration fee applies for IB Sixth Form and for Boarding.

- Year 13 (IB Year 2): EUR 5,023 — this figure is treated as the annual fee and is charged over two instalments (Advent and Lent terms).
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Invoices are issued in advance of each term (invoices are sent approximately three weeks before the start of term). Fees are payable termly and in advance. Boarders must have one term's fees paid in advance before arrival at College each term. Failure to pay or to make alternative arrangements may result in reminders, final notice, suspension of the student, and other recovery actions. Two months' notice (or payment of one term's fees) is required on withdrawal, except in specific end-of-year circumstances. Pro-rata fees are not applied for mid-term starts; the full term fee is due.
Boarding fees and boarder-specific charges (Scholastic Year 2025/26)
- Boarding registration fee: EUR 750, plus a confirmation fee of EUR 2,000 to secure a room; the EUR 2,000 confirmation fee is deducted from the first term's invoice. All boarding fees include hospitality and tuition but exclude textbooks, uniform, phone calls, entertainment, and medical costs. Parents are expected to supply an international credit card for boarders to cover incidental costs; boarders require health insurance. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required and will be reimbursed after a room check on departure. A visa-assistance administration charge of EUR 200 per year applies to Non-EU boarders.

Other costs and regular additional charges
- Administration and subscription charges (Scholastic Year 2025/26):
- Non-EU students: EUR 200 administrative charge per term.
- General administration charge (Nursery to Senior): EUR 35 per term.
- IB Sixth Form students: EUR 120 administration charge per term plus a EUR 180 online subscription charge.
- Edwardian Magazine: EUR 5 per annum (online) or EUR 25 for a hard copy.
- Year 1–6 online subscription: EUR 10 per term.
- Year 1 & 2: EUR 10 annual charge for student portfolios; Year 1 in-house workbooks EUR 20 and Year 2 EUR 15.
- Swimming lessons (Year 3 and above): EUR 15 annual charge.
- School diary: EUR 6 at the start of the scholastic year.
- Year 12 IB examination registration: EUR 800 charge in the Trinity term.
- Sibling discount: EUR 70 reduction for the second child and EUR 100 reduction for the third child and subsequent children (applies to tuition).
- Uniform: uniform items are supplied to specification by the College's approved supplier (Garmmo); uniform price lists and measuring guides are published for each section (Nursery–KG, Years 1–6, Years 7–11, and IB Sixth Form). Uniform costs are additional to tuition.
Refunds and registration fee conditions
- The refundable component of certain registration fees (for Primary and Secondary registrations) is held until the child reaches official school-leaving age and is subject to the College's registration terms and conditions. Where an applicant is not accepted or a visa is denied, registration fees are refundable subject to the College's stated conditions. The boarding confirmation fee is deductible from the first term invoice; the boarding damage deposit (EUR 500) is refundable after departure following a room check. Withdrawals require two months' notice or payment of one term's fees in lieu; no remission of fees is given for unexcused absences. Fee payment options and facilities
- Invoicing and standard payment: invoices are issued in advance of term start; fees are payable termly and in advance. Cheques may be made payable to St Edward's College. The Bursar can make alternative payment arrangements if agreed before the due date. For boarding parents the College references an electronic banking facility in the application documentation. Statements and reminders are issued for overdue accounts, and the College may suspend attendance where accounts are not settled.
- Canteen and small payments: the College uses a secure parent top-up system for canteen purchases that accepts Apple Pay and Google Pay for payments to the student payment tag.
- Additional financing option referenced: the College's documentation cites the availability of a Flexi-Credit facility via a partner bank for families who wish to spread payment, subject to the bank's approval. The Bursar's office can advise on available arrangements.
Notes on billing and inclusions
- Term fees for boarders include tuition, food and board, cleaning of rooms, changing of bed linen and laundry; textbooks, uniform, phone calls, entertainment and medical fees are not included. Parents are advised to plan for these additional costs.
