Boarding / Accommodation
- Boarding is not provided; there are no boarding fees listed. The school operates as a day school and parents must arrange transport for their children.
Other costs and common additional items

Refund and withdrawal policy
- The registration/down payment (KWD 100) is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
- Withdrawal refunds of tuition (after registration) follow the published scale:
- If the student withdraws during the first week of the school year, the school is entitled to 40% of the annual tuition.
- If the student withdraws during the first week of January, the school is entitled to 70% of the annual tuition.
- If the student withdraws during the first week of April, the school is entitled to the full annual tuition.
- Tuition is not refundable if the student is expelled for exhausting the allowed percentage of illegitimate absence.
Payments and payment channels
- Published policy requires tuition payments to be made via the school's e‑school payment platform (the school's electronic payment system/app). Payments are processed through the e‑school platform or via the school cashier office as defined by the school's payment procedures. Contact details for the cashier and registration departments are published by the school.
Third‑party payments
- Where a third party (employer or institution) pays tuition, the third party must provide the school with an official statement accepting responsibility for payments. If the third party does not pay on time or pays only part of the tuition, the parent/guardian remains responsible for the balance; report cards may be withheld for unpaid amounts.
Cashier / contact details (for payment enquiries and receipts)
- The school cashier office opening hours and contact numbers are published for parent use; the cashier handles receipts, clearance letters and payment enquiries. For payment or registration enquiries, parents should use the school's published cashier and registration contact channels.
