Twin-sharing study bedrooms have attached bathrooms and each floor includes a common room; Residence Parents and on-campus counsellors provide care, with a Boarding Student Council representing boarders. The on-site boarding setup creates a home-away-from-home environment.
Uniform is a formal school uniform. The uniform color is blue, which unites Pathwaysians. Uniforms are available from the on-campus School Uniform Shop, and Residence Parents assist families with purchasing.
Boarding meals are multi-cuisine and prepared in a modern on-site kitchen. The cuisine is primarily vegetarian, with non-vegetarian options offered three times a week at an adjoining venue. Meal times include breakfast at 8:30 am, lunch at 12:30 pm, after-school snack at 3:15 pm, after-sports snack at 6:00 pm, dinner at 7:30 pm, and milk after dinner at 9:30 pm. The dining facility is located in the Kasturi Dining Hall.
Pathways World School Gurgaon is governed by a Board of Governors. The Board includes Mr. Pramod K Jain as Chairman and other members; the school is part of Pathways Group of Schools, the flagship campus in the Pathways network. The Pathways group was founded by Mr. Pramod K Jain and his sons Praveen, Prabhat and Prashant Jain.

PULSE (Pathways of Universal Life Support Education) plans customized life-skill sessions to build emotional awareness and high EQ. Circle Time conversations are designed by the Counsellors and conducted by the Form Tutor to help students develop positive relationships and engage with one another. Wellbeing events such as Kindness Week, Peace Day Celebration, Gratitude Week and Mindful Retreat help the community connect through mindful practice. Sensitization sessions address digital safety, adolescent workshops, parental conversations and child safeguarding to support overall wellbeing.
Additional Learning Support provides an inclusive environment for students with diverse needs. ALS caters to students with learning difficulties, ADHD, ADD, and those needing social and behavioural counselling. The ALS Department provides academic support and beyond-academic collaborations to realise each student's potential. Academic support is extended through in-class collaboration with mainstream teachers to scaffold learning, remedial sessions tailored to individual needs, and exam accommodations according to the IB framework, with prep classes before examinations. A team of trained special educators works closely with students with special needs, and parents/guardians are key stakeholders in holistic development.
Supporting English Language Learners, English Support classes are conducted at various levels called Phases. Students are inducted into these phases based on placement test results. Phases 1 to 4 follow unit plans comprising the language skills such as Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing and Visuals, which are assessed at least twice in each semester. After Phase 4, students move to Bridging phase, where they follow the mainstream Language and Literature unit plan. In the Primary Years, English Support Program has four phases with an Individualised Learning Programme designed for each student by the Specialist, including individual or small-group instruction, curriculum or teaching modifications, and pull-out sessions to enable learners to achieve strategic and focussed learning outcomes. Once prepared, students join the Mainstream Language and Literature classes.

It emphasizes mental and emotional well-being across emotional, social, and physical dimensions and is delivered in collaboration with the Well-being team and other school stakeholders. Pathways World School Gurugram has a Child Protection Policy (CPP) to promote a safe and caring environment free of violence, harassment, abuse and neglect, with a zero-tolerance stance toward such acts. The CPP provides guidelines to protect students from abuse on campus, during school trips and in extended environments, including transport. Staff are trained to recognize indicators of abuse and to respond to disclosures, and staff sign a Child Protection Pledge. Procedures for reporting concerns and annual audits of child security monitor CPP implementation, with parents having a right to obtain a copy of the audit. The CPP applies to Pathways staff, visitors, parents, visiting faculty and other third-party service providers who interact with students on campus or on school trips.
1. Online Application: Parents fill out the online admission application form and provide frank information. Adverse scholastic or behavioural details should be shared, as such information will not be used to reject a candidate but will help create a supportive environment. 2. School Visit: A guided tour acquaints parents and students with the school's vision, the IB curriculum, and campus facilities; counsellors address questions about admissions, curriculum, or the school. 3. Registration: If you wish to proceed, pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee and submit the required documents. This enables scheduling an interaction with the Academic Leadership Team and a placement assessment for Grades 6–12. 4. Placement Assessment (Grades 6–12): Prospective students in Grades 6–8 participate in an interactive session and a written placement assessment; Grades 9–12 are additionally evaluated in Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). The assessments evaluate English and Mathematics proficiency and identify whether the student requires Additional Learning Support or English Support. 5. Interaction: The admissions team, school director, and school principal conduct the interaction; boarding applicants may also meet the Dean of Residences. The focus is on learning about the student's educational progress, language proficiency, social and emotional quotient, academic passions, and extracurricular interests. 6. Admission: Upon placement approval, a fee invoice is issued and must be paid within 3 days to secure a seat. After payment, families complete forms and declarations included with the admissions acceptance letter. 7. Pre-Term Program: A 6–8 week program designed to help students transferring from national curricula bridge academic and cultural gaps and facilitate a smooth transition into the IB curriculum; for boarding students, the program helps students bond with peers and settle in.
The Scholarship Program offers scholarships for Grades 9 and 11 for a two-year period. Scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, or 75% of the annual composite school fee. Eligibility criteria include minimum academic benchmarks: CBSE CGPA of 9.2 or above, ICSE 92% or above, IB MYP 50 points out of 56, or IGCSE 5 A and not more than one C. Additionally, for sports and co-curricular excellence, applicants may submit a portfolio and letters of recommendation. Scholarships are limited in number and awarded based on merit cum need, with the final decision at the school's discretion; the program may involve additional assessment.
