Saigon International College (SIC) offers the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) through the Western Australian School Curriculum and Standards Authority, taught entirely in English. Founded in 2005 as Vietnam's first international college, SIC operates two campuses in Ho Chi Minh City and follows the Western Australian syllabus with ongoing program monitoring by SCSA. The international high school program allows students to select elective subjects aligned with future university majors, including Business Administration, Economics, Accounting-Finance, Psychology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Design, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Students graduate with a WACE certificate recognized in Australia and around the world, with pathways to universities in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Vietnam, and Singapore. Facilities include a music room, a professional library, a basketball court and gym, modern computer labs, and well-equipped science laboratories. The school emphasizes small class sizes, practical teaching methods, and experiential learning through study tours and field experiences worldwide.

English as an Additional Language or Dialect – ATAR & GENERAL is offered for Year 11 & 12; English General is designed for students who speak another language at home and complements the EAL/D ATAR program. SIC English is listed for Year 10. The EAL/D ATAR course develops academic English for tertiary study, while the English General course develops competence in Standard Australian English in a range of contexts.
The Health Centre is the health and safety hub; the health and safety of all students is SIC's top priority. The SIC Health Centre is operated by a team of highly qualified school nurses. Services include first aid and basic medical care from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, ongoing health monitoring and care, health checks, immunisations, and comprehensive health consultations. In case of illness or injury, the nurse will administer first aid and, if advanced emergency treatment is needed, contact parents to arrange treatment at a clinic. Together with families and teachers, SIC strives to maintain the safest and most supportive learning environment; parents are encouraged to contact the school with any concerns regarding their child's personal, social, or academic well-being.

1. Admissions open for Grades 10 and 11 each year. Eligible applicants are students currently in Grade 9 or those in Grade 10 who wish to pursue an international curriculum at SIC. Applicants must have at least Good academic performance and conduct and must pass the English proficiency entrance test, which covers Grammar, Listening, and Speaking. 2. For the MOET curriculum: Must have graduated from lower secondary school (THCS) with academic performance and conduct rated Good or higher. Must take and meet the English proficiency entrance exam. Based on the student's application and exam results, SIC will issue an admission notice and provide enrollment instructions. 3. For returning overseas students: SIC will review the student's previous academic records and consider each case individually. Must take and meet the English proficiency entrance exam.
