Pakistan Islamia Higher Secondary School Sharjah is a longstanding co-educational school affiliated with Pakistan, offering a bespoke FBISE‑driven curriculum. It admits boys and girls up to Grade 4, with separate wings for boys and girls from Grade 5 onward. The school follows FBISE for Grades 9–12, with four core subjects and three electives in Pre‑Medical, Pre‑Engineering, General Science, Commerce and Humanities, alongside Arabic, Islamic Education, Social Studies and Moral Education.
