Core priorities include English, Mathematics, and Science, with a Wider Curriculum that covers art, music, physical education, computing, geography, history, PSHE/wellbeing, and languages (including Mandarin) where appropriate. Key Stage 2 deepens and broadens learning; pupils become more organised, reflective, and independent, with outcomes by the end of Year 2 and by the end of Year 6 focused on reading with confidence, writing clearly, and readiness for secondary school. Safer recruitment procedures ensure appropriate clearance for all adults working with children, including identity checks, qualifications verification, employment history, references, and criminal background checks. Staff receive safeguarding induction and annual refresher training, with clear procedures for responding to disclosures, recording concerns, and reporting to external agencies when necessary. Online safety measures, boarding safeguarding provisions, and secure record-keeping further underpin safeguarding practice.
1. Submit Expression of Interest and book a campus visit. Families submit an Expression of Interest and arrange a campus visit to Wycombe Abbey International School Bangkok. The admissions process is designed to get to know each family personally, understand the needs and aspirations of the child, and support them through every step of the journey as they explore joining Wycombe Abbey Bangkok. A campus visit can be booked through the admissions portal. 2. Initiate Admissions Enquiry and begin the application. An Admissions Enquiry can be submitted and the admissions team guides families through the early stages. This step starts the conversation about the child's needs and the family's aspirations. 3. Start the application via Apply Now. Use the Apply Now option to start the application and request additional information as needed. The admissions team provides support through each stage of the process. 4. Admissions assessment and potential waitlist. An admissions assessment is part of the process; pupils who pass the admissions assessment may be placed on the waitlist. This step is linked to the waitlist arrangement. 5. Fees and deposits. The Application Fee is 6,000 THB and is non-refundable. The Registration/Waitlist Fee is 225,000 THB and is non-refundable; it is waived for Founding Families. This fee applies to students who passed the admissions assessment and are placed on the waitlist and is transferred to the registration fee when a place becomes available. The Security Deposit is 200,000 THB and is refundable upon graduation or withdrawal with notice. The school operates on a three-term academic year and fees are billed termly. 6. Offer and enrollment. Once a place is offered and accepted, enrollment steps proceed. The three-term year structure and fee arrangements continue to apply as part of enrollment.
Founding Dove Award: The Founding Dove Award is established to recognise outstanding individuals from Year 3 and above who demonstrate excellence in Academic Brilliance, Sporting Elite, Music & Arts, or Leadership. Selected recipients receive a tuition fee reduction of 5–15%. The Founding Dove Award launches in November 2026 and eligibility is limited to pupils who have enrolled for the 2026–2027 academic year. More information on the application process will be provided as the Award is introduced.
Registration/Waitlist fee 225,000 THB is non-refundable. Waived for Founding Families. This fee also applies to any student who has passed the admissions assessment and is placed on the school's waitlist. The registration fee will act as the waitlist fee. When a place becomes available, this waitlist fee is transferred and will act as the registration fee. This fee schedule is valid until 23 August 2026 and is subject to change.
