Upon receipt of the complete dossier, it is transmitted to the admissions commission which will contact you to schedule the pedagogical interview. 03 Pedagogical interview. Parents are met, with their child, by the lead teacher or tutor. If there is agreement, the student undertakes a trial placement of one to two weeks in their future class (not for nurseries). The trial placement fee is CHF 250. After the placement, the teacher contacts the family to confirm whether the pedagogical team is ready to continue the admissions process and that the family remains interested. 04 Administrative interview. If the admissions process continues, the secretariat will contact you for an administrative interview.

Scholarships

An open-to-all policy applies and families in need can apply for a reduction of tuition by submitting a file to the Commission des engagements financiers (CEF). The CEF evaluates situations on a case-by-case basis and the process is confidential. After studying the file, an interview with two CEF members is held to agree on an adjusted tuition amount proportional to the family's income. A starting point for discussion is that tuition representing 14% of the family's gross income is considered a fair baseline.
