Fees
Application & admission fees
- An admission fee is payable at the time of a new enrolment. Parents are also required to pay a refundable deposit and the term fees on admission.

Refundable deposit
- A refundable deposit is collected at enrolment. The refundable deposit is returned within four (04) weeks after the parent submits the School Liability and Clearance Form and any outstanding arrears or damage deductions have been settled. The original deposit receipt must be produced when collecting the refund.

Tuition fees (billing by term) and year-group structure
- Tuition is charged as term fees. Term fees are payable in advance and form the primary tuition charge for each student. Specific numeric tuition amounts by grade/year group and per term are not published in the publicly available branch materials; fees are issued to parents as invoices.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term fees are payable at least one week before the commencement of each term. Late payments incur a surcharge. Non-payment of fees by the end of the third month will result in immediate termination of studentship at the end of that term. Parents are required to give a full term's written notice before withdrawal; failure to provide such notice makes the parent liable for the next term's fees, and withholding of leaving certificates/report cards may apply until accounts are cleared. Invoices and other payment communications are sent to the nominated primary contact.

Lyceum Guardian (fee coverage option)
- A Lyceum Guardian enrolment option exists that provides term-fee coverage for students in Grade 01 and above enrolling on or after the 2026/2027 academic year; optional add-on coverage can include textbooks/workbooks, uniforms, and international examination fees. Parents may contact the Guardian support team for registration and details.

Boarding fees
- The Avissawella branch operates as a day school and does not list boarding or hostel provision; accordingly no boarding fees are published for this branch.

Other costs and optional charges
- Parents should budget separately for:
- Uniforms (a Uniform Store is available at the branch).
- Textbooks and workbooks (a Book Store is available at the branch).
- Examination/subject-related charges and lab or practical fees where applicable.
- Optional co-curricular trips, external activities, transport or private tuition arranged through the school.
These items are typically invoiced separately or noted as optional cover under the Lyceum Guardian program.

Refunds and refunds of fees
- Term fees are stated as non-refundable in the enrolment terms. The refundable deposit (separately collected at admission) is refundable subject to the School Liability and Clearance Form and deductions for arrears or damages; the deposit refund is processed within four (04) weeks after clearance.

Fee payment options and invoices
- Detailed payment channels (for example: bank transfer, card or online payment) and the school's bank/payment instructions are provided on the official invoice and by the school's accounts/finance office. Parents receive invoice and payment instructions via the nominated primary contact. Late payment surcharges and the school's collection procedures are described in the enrolment terms.

Summary of findings about published amounts
- The school's published branch materials and enrolment terms describe the types of fees, billing cadence, payment terms, deposit refund timing and the Lyceum Guardian coverage for 2026/27, but they do not publish numeric tuition, admission or other fee amounts for the Avissawella branch in the publicly available documents. Where numeric fee schedules are required for budgeting, those numeric amounts are provided to parents on formal invoices and fee documents issued by the school's admissions/accounts office.
