Fees
Application / Admission fees
- An admission (registration) fee is charged at the time of admission.
- A refundable deposit is required at admission; this deposit is refunded after the parent completes the School Liability and Clearance Form and subject to deductions for any unpaid term fees or school property damage. The refundable deposit is returned within four (04) weeks of receiving the clearance form.

Tuition fees — structure and how they are charged
- Tuition is charged as term fees (termly). Term fees are non‑refundable and remain payable for every term until the student is officially withdrawn.
- The school publishes tuition as term fees; specific numeric tuition amounts by year group (per term or per academic year) are not published in the school's public fee documents for the branch. Parents receive the invoice showing the applicable amount for the pupil's year group and term.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Term fees are billed in advance of each term. Fees may be adjusted and such changes will be communicated prior to the start of the term. Late payments incur a surcharge. Non‑payment extending to the end of the third month may result in termination of the student's enrolment at the end of that term.
- Parents must give a full term's written notice of withdrawal by the first day of the child's last term; failing to give this notice makes the parent liable for the next term's fees and withholding of leaving certificates/report cards may apply. Refunds of ongoing term fees are not provided for mid‑term absence.

Boarding / residential provision
- The Anuradhapura campus operates as a day school; there is no published boarding/hostel provision for the branch. Transport is provided via a school bus service where required.

Other routine costs and optional charges
- Uniforms: a uniform store on campus supplies school uniform items; uniform purchases are charged separately.
- Textbooks, workbooks and examination fees: some items (textbooks, externally marked examination fees such as international O‑Level/A‑Level entries, and certain workbooks or specialty materials) are charged in addition to the term fees when applicable. Optional co‑curricular activities, trips and specialist camps may also generate separate charges. The school offers a campus book store and invoicing for such items where required.
- School services such as the infirmary/medical support and the on‑site canteen are available; charges for meals or special medical services (where applicable) are handled separately.

Refund information and deposit return
- The refundable admission deposit is returned within four (04) weeks after receipt of the School Liability and Clearance Form, after deductions for any outstanding fees or damage to school property. Term fees are stated as non‑refundable. A full term's written notice must be given to avoid being charged the following term.

Special fee protection / insurance option
- A school program called “Lyceum Guardian” is available: for eligible students enrolling from the 2026/2027 academic year onwards the program can cover term fees (core coverage) and offers optional coverage for items such as textbooks, uniforms and international examination fees where selected. Participation and the optional coverage details are handled through the program registration channels.

Fee payment options and invoice handling
- Invoicing and payment instructions are issued to the registered primary contact; invoices include the amounts due and the payment instructions for the parent to follow. Specific, branch‑level acceptable payment channels (for example: which cards, bank transfer details or online portals are accepted) are provided with each invoice and via the school's finance office. Late payments attract surcharges and extended non‑payment may result in termination of enrolment.

If you need these items entered into a database: record the fee categories above (Admission fee, Refundable deposit, Term tuition by year group — amount to be filled from the school invoice, Term‑level billing, Non‑refundability of term fees, Refundable deposit returned within 4 weeks after clearance, Uniforms/textbook/exam charges billed separately, No boarding) and link each entry to the school's published branch policy and admissions terms.
