Per-term values (derived from monthly/annual charges)

- The school bills by monthly collection over 10 months (September–June). For database fields that require per-term figures using a conventional three-term academic split, use the following calculation method: Term 1 = 4 months (Sep–Dec); Term 2 = 3 months (Jan–Mar); Term 3 = 3 months (Apr–Jun). Per-term amounts are therefore the published monthly fee multiplied by the number of months in the term (e.g., Primary 1º & 2º: EUR 540.00 × Term 1 (4 months) = EUR 2,160.00; Term 2 = EUR 1,620.00; Term 3 = EUR 1,620.00). The school's billing system issues monthly bank collections rather than a single term invoice.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Recurring tuition is billed as 10 monthly instalments: September through June; monthly receipts are put into bank collection in advance on the 1st of each month. The school may cancel enrolments for non-payment and charges EUR 10.00 for any returned bank payment. Books, digital resources and regulated materials may be billed separately over three instalments (October, November and December). Devices (for families required to acquire them) are billed in 10 monthly instalments where applicable. Insurance related to study protection is charged in October if requested. The registration fee is paid in cash at enrolment.

Boarding / Residential provision

- Boarding is not offered. The school operates as a day school and publishes day services such as the school bus, school canteen (comedor), morning care (aula matinal) and afternoon care.

School bus (transport) fees and rules

- The school operates scheduled bus routes; monthly route fees are charged for the whole academic year and the monthly amount does not vary if the pupil is absent (because the contract is annual). Stops are not door-to-door and routes are accompanied by monitors. Specific route prices and available stops are set per route; families should consult the administration for the route fee that applies to their stop.

School canteen (comedor) — daily rates and sibling discount

- Daily meal prices published by stage:
- Infant: EUR 9.43 per school day.
- Primary (1º–2º): EUR 9.78 per school day.
- Primary (3º and above) / Bachillerato: EUR 9.95 per school day.
- The canteen service is organized and billed by the school; a sibling discount applies: 25% discount for the second sibling and 50% discount for the third sibling on the canteen. If a pupil misses six consecutive school days for medical reasons, 50% of the daily price will be credited on the next month's invoice. The canteen is, for organisational reasons, mandatory for the stages indicated by the centre.

Uniform and other optional costs

- Uniforms are available from the school shop; they are charged at the applicable VAT rate (uniform items are subject to general VAT). The centre provides a sizing table and order procedure through the school uniform service. Extra-curricular activities, Saturday Club, Summer School and similar programmes are charged separately; prices for morning/afternoon care and extra-curricular activities are available from the administration. Delivery of textbooks in paper is subject to the reduced VAT rate; those textbook and material charges are included in the prices when supplied.

Refunds and reductions

- Registration fee: non-refundable except when the pupil is not admitted on academic or disciplinary grounds.
- Canteen: if a pupil is absent for six consecutive school days for medical reasons, 50% of the daily canteen fee will be refunded/credited on the following month's invoice.
- Sibling discounts: canteen discounts of 25% for the second sibling and 50% for the third sibling.
- In case a service is not provided for public-health reasons or similar exceptional circumstances, the school states that services not provided will not be charged.

Payment methods and practical notes

- Registration fee at enrolment: payable in cash at the time of registration. Recurring monthly charges: collected by bank direct debit (monthly receipts put into bank collection on the 1st). Returned bank payments incur an administrative charge of EUR 10.00 per receipt. The school's materials note VAT treatment for textbooks and uniforms according to fiscal rules; specific alternative payment methods (credit card, online payment portal) are not detailed in the published fee document—families should use the school's administration channels for any special payment arrangements.
