Step 1 — Inquiry and Campus Tour: Begin the process by contacting the Admissions Team to schedule a campus visit. Tours run Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and provide an opportunity to meet staff, observe classrooms, and ask questions about programs and culture. During the visit, families receive an admissions packet containing programme information and the application forms, helping them understand the next steps. Admissions operate on a rolling basis, and mid-year entry is possible if the applicant has completed at least one full semester; entry is typically in the first semester.
Step 3 — Assessment and Enrollment: The next step is the Assessment Process. An assessment fee of PHP 2,000 is payable at the cashier or online, followed by scheduling an intake interview and assessment. The assessment uses tools such as the Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) to evaluate academic readiness and inform final grade placement. Results are provided, and families proceed with the next steps for enrollment upon acceptance. Step 4 includes Enrollment and Fees: Admissions results are released within 3–5 working days after the assessment; accepted students may pay a reservation fee and complete enrollment. New students should plan for Matriculation Fee of PHP 50,000 (one-time, non-refundable) and Capital Development Fee (CDF) of PHP 100,000 (one-time, refundable upon withdrawal or graduation; refunds processed 45 days after withdrawal and school clearance).
Step 2 — Application and Requirements: After the tour, complete the Online Application Form and gather the required documents: PSA/local birth certificate copy; academic records for the past two years (Nursery and Pre-Kinder do not require prior records); photocopies of passports for both parents and student; and a Special Needs Report if applicable. For international or dual citizenship students, include relevant visa documents and copies of ACR/ICR or student study permit if applicable. Note that class sizes are capped by grade level, and when a level reaches capacity, a waitlist may be used rather than an immediate intake.
