- Swiss applicants: USD 3,500 (Spielgruppe / Prekindergarten / Kindergarten / 1° grade); descending amounts by grade from USD 3,250 (2°) down to USD 400 (V° Secundaria) as published for 2026 (2027 ranges also indicated).
- Payment method for the entrance fee: bank transfer only; bank account details are provided to parents by the school after an offer of a place. The entrance fee is payable in a single, non‑divisible payment.

Tuition (pensions) — monthly and annual amounts (amounts effective for the 2026 school year)
- Billing structure: tuition (pensiones) is charged monthly during the school year. The school lists monthly amounts (in Peruvian soles) by grade group and provides the corresponding total annual amount (sum of the monthly payments). The 2026 monthly and total annual amounts are:
- Spielgruppe (monthly): PEN 2,800 — Total annual: PEN 28,000.
- Inicial (monthly): PEN 3,330 — Total annual: PEN 33,300.
- 1°–III° (monthly): PEN 3,380 — Total annual: PEN 33,800.
- IV°–V° (monthly): PEN 3,200 — Total annual: PEN 32,000.
These monthly amounts are the standard pension amounts that include materials and books provided through the school's book‑bank system.

Detailed billing schedule and payment terms (2026 examples as listed)
- First payment (matrícula / first monthly pension): window shown as January 20–31 (matrícula). Subsequent monthly due dates in 2026 were listed as: March 31; April 30; May 31; June 30; July 31; August 31; September 30; October 31; November 30 (these constitute the periodic billing dates for the monthly pensions). The full schedule for the year is published in the school's financial regulations.
- No discount is granted for paying the full year in advance; the school also states that pension amounts will not change during the year once set. Late payment consequences include interest on arrears calculated at the rate established by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, possible reporting to credit risk bureaus after sustained non‑payment, retention of academic certificates, and potential non‑renewal of enrollment for the following year.

Boarding (residential) fees
- The Pestalozzi Colegio Suizo Perú operates as a day school in Miraflores and does not list boarding or residential services; therefore there are no boarding fees.

Other costs and recurring charges
- Textbooks and materials: the school operates a Banco del Libro (book‑bank) that supplies textbooks and many materials as part of the pension service; reusable books are issued and must be returned in good condition; families are responsible for replacing lost or non‑reusable items. Costs to replace lost/damaged books are charged to parents.
- External examination and certification fees: parents pay the registration/exam fees for external language and international certifications (examples listed include Cambridge English exams, DELF French exams, and International Baccalaureate examination fees where applicable). These fees are additional to the pension.
- Optional activities and trips: excursions, cultural visits, extracurricular optional activities and the grade‑level project week (when applicable) are charged separately and borne by parents. Some optional workshops or extracurriculars may have separate fees.
- Uniforms: physical‑education uniforms are required; the parent association (APAFA) participates in sales of uniforms. The cost of required sports/PE uniforms and any optional formal uniform items is paid by families (specific price lists for uniforms are handled through the school/APAFA).

Refunds and withdrawals
- Entrance fee (cuota de ingreso): treated as a single, one‑time payment that secures the student's place. If a student withdraws or transfers, a proportional refund of the entrance fee is calculated in accordance with the Ministry regulation (DS N°005‑2021‑ED) and the school's admission rules; the school requires a formal, legalized written request for refund and may deduct outstanding debts from the refund. The school has up to six months from the student's last day of attendance to process the refund.
- Monthly pensions and matriculation: the matrícula equals one month's pension and is charged at enrollment; refund rules for matrícula and pensions on withdrawal follow the school's financial regulations and the applicable national regulation (DS N°005‑2021‑ED) regarding proportional refunds. Parents must submit the required formal documentation to initiate refunds.

Fee payment options and practical notes
- Entrance fee: bank transfer only (the school provides account details to the family after a place is offered).
- Matriculation and pension payments: the school's online matrícula platform is used to complete enrollment and to pay the first installment at registration; the financial regulations reference standard treasury procedures for collecting pensions and note interest for late payment as established by the Central Reserve Bank. Specific accepted payment instruments (for example, direct debit, credit card, checks) are not itemized in the public financial regulations; parents receive the detailed instructions and acceptable payment channels during the admission/matriculation process.

(Amounts and schedules stated above are the figures published for the 2026 school year; entrance‑fee tables in the school's admission annex also list the ranges shown for 2027.)

This step is required to participate in the admissions process; without it, participation is not possible. For 2025, admission for transfers is subject to available vacancies until October 15.

Step 2. Final admissions dossier submission. After successful pre‑registration, an email confirms the deadline for submitting the final admission dossier. The final dossier is delivered to the school's Secretariat on the assigned date and includes: a signed Admission Application by both parents or guardians; a copy of the applicant's birth certificate; a copy of the applicant's DNI or passport; for Swiss applicants, a copy of the passport or embassy document; if there is a second nationality, a copy of the passport or second nationality document; two passport‑size photos of the applicant; a standard family photo (optional); a Parent Questionnaire; copies of the parents' documents; the current Labor Certificate for each parent; a certificate of no debt from the previous school; the SIAGIE Enrollment Form signed by the previous school; the SIAGIE Enrollment Certificate signed by the previous school; a copy of the applicant's last report card or achievement record; a certificate of studies from the last year; for international transfers, certificates must be presented to the Peruvian Ministry of Education for proper revalidation or convalidation; once the Director's Resolution is obtained, it is sent to Pestalozzi; from 5th grade German A1 is required; for secondary, German A2 and PET English are required.

Step 3. Information meeting and guided visit. After submission of the requested documents, an information meeting and guided tour are scheduled on dates determined by the school during November 2025.

Step 4. Evaluation. The school evaluates applicants in German, communication, mathematics, and English starting in second grade of primary. In 2nd–4th grade, if a student has no basic knowledge of German or Spanish, one of these two areas is not tested; parents sign a commitment to bring their child to the required level during the first year.

Step 5. Interviews. Following the evaluations, parents attend an interview with the grade coordinator and a representative of the Psychopedagogical Department; if the interview is approved, a second interview with the Swiss Director is scheduled.

Step 6. Results and admission. Admitted families are informed by phone and email; once the admission fee is paid within the deadline and all administrative steps are completed, a welcome email confirming the vacancy is issued. Information on the admission fee is found in the Reglamento de Admisión.

Step 7. Priority, alignment, and diversity. Swiss applicants, applicants with siblings already attending Pestalozzi, children of school staff, and children of alumni have priority in that order. The alignment of the parents with the school's vision, mission, and values is considered. Admission decisions also take into account maintaining a class that promotes cultural diversity.

Step 8. Special Educational Needs. In the framework of an inclusive and intercultural approach, Pestalozzi complies with RM 447-2020 MINEDU. Priority for admission of students with Special Educational Needs requires a written medical report and participation in all admission stages.
