Fees

Annual tuition at Colegio Español Ramón y Cajal ranges from MAD 20,402 for 2026/27.

Tuition (teaching) fees — annual and per term

- Education level covered: Educación Infantil and Educación Primaria.
- Annual tuition (per pupil): MAD 14,473 per academic year.
- Payment in two instalments (when the two‑payment option is used): MAD 7,236.50 per instalment (first instalment due at enrolment / first payment period; second instalment due in January).

Application / enrolment fees

- No separate, standalone application fee is listed. Enrolment is effected by payment of the tuition amount (either in a single payment at matriculation or following the authorised instalment schedule). The centre has issued instructions for making the enrolment payment at the designated bank branch during the published payment window.

Complementary services and activities fees

- Annual fee for services, teachings and complementary activities (single, all‑stages quota for this centre): MAD 5,929 per academic year.
- If paid in two instalments, the complementary fee equals MAD 2,964.50 per instalment (when the two‑payment option is used).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Ordinary payment schedule: the annual tuition and complementary quotas may be paid in a single payment at matriculation or split into two instalments — the first instalment in the first half of July and the second instalment in January. For late/extraordinary enrolment, the two instalments are scheduled in the second half of September and in January. Payments are made by deposit or bank transfer to the centre's official account as indicated by the school.
- The centre may require the use of the specific bank branch designated for collection during the published payment period. Families were instructed to make payments at the Credit du Maroc (Iberia) branch during the announced window. Payment deadlines are enforced.

Boarding / residence fees

- Boarding is not applicable. This centre is a Colegio de Educación Infantil y Primaria (day school for Infant and Primary education). No boarding/residence fee is charged.

Other possible costs (uniform, meals, books, transport, insurance, extracurriculars)

- The published annual complementary quota (MAD 5,929) covers the centrally‑determined services, teachings and complementary activities for the centre. No separate, specific uniform fee is itemised in the published fee documents. Additional costs such as textbooks, voluntary extracurricular activities not included in the complementary quota, school meals (if supplied locally), school insurance or transport may be charged additionally by the centre but are not itemised as standalone mandatory fees in the published tariff documents.

Refunds and reductions

- General refund rule: amounts already paid are not refundable except for (a) amounts paid in excess by error and (b) exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances that, if authorised by the relevant Consejería, justify retroactive cancellation of the enrolment and a refund. Continuous non‑payment can lead to loss of the pupil's right to participate in activities financed by the quotas and may lead to non‑continuation in the following academic year if not rectified. Reductions or exonerations (for example, for large families or for proven economic need) are applied under the rules established by the competent authority.

Fee payment methods accepted

- Accepted methods specified in the published material: bank transfer or deposit to the official centre account; direct debit (domiciliación) where established; payment at the designated bank branch during the published payment window. Credit card acceptance is not specified in the published fee notices. Parents should use the bank transfer/deposit or domiciliation options indicated by the centre at enrolment.

Effective academic year

- The figures above correspond to the latest published fee schedules for the 2025/26 academic year as issued for this centre and its consular jurisdiction; the centre published payment instructions and the Ministry orders that set the tuition and complementary quotas for that academic year.
