The campus features Watersides Café, Hall, a play yard, games room, turf field, indoor badminton, and outdoor courts for basketball, tennis and volleyball, plus a swimming pool. Languages offered include Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Hindi, Spanish and French; Art and Music are active in both divisions for families.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The school operates three terms per year. Tuition fees and the Resource Fund contribution are payable 30 days before the start of each term. Term start months are January, April and September.
- Students admitted in the second half of any term are charged half of the basic term fee for that term; no other pro‑rata reductions are provided. If a student leaves during a term, that term's fees are not refundable.
- A 10% sibling discount on tuition fees is applied to each subsequent child after the eldest.

Late payment policy and penalties

- Fees are due by the invoice date. A cumulative late payment charge of 5% per month is applied after 15 days beyond the invoice due date. If payment is 30 days overdue the school may withhold student records and prohibit attendance until the account is brought up to date. Any bank or transaction charges incurred are charged to the student's account.

Payment methods and practical notes on payment

- Accepted methods: cheque drawn on a local bank denominated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), direct bank transfer to the school's bank account, or cash deposit into the school's bank account (with proof of deposit provided to the registrar). Cash payments are not accepted at the TiS Registrar's office. Any bank charges arising from payment are charged to the payer. Tuition and fees are invoiced in RM only.

Boarding

- The school does not operate a regular boarding programme for students; boarding is not offered as a standard service. Boarding arrangements appearing for short youth leadership or camp programmes are separate and not ongoing boarding provision. Regular boarding fees are not listed because normal provision is a day-school model.

Other costs and additional fees

- Miscellaneous costs that are charged in addition to tuition include uniforms, textbooks, exercise books, school trips, external examination fees, and organised activities using external instructors (e.g., Karate, Drama, Dance, Tae‑Kwon‑Do). These costs are usually paid separately to suppliers or service providers unless otherwise notified. Extra‑curricular activities, technology devices, school camps, and some field trips are additional to the tuition amounts listed.

Refunds and deposit return

- The refundable deposit is returned only when a student disenrolls after giving a minimum one full term's (four months') prior written notice. Term fees already charged for a term in which the student leaves are not refundable. Refunds of the deposit require a written request and fulfilment of the notice requirement.

Key administrative points (summary)

- Currency: all invoices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- Resource Fund: RM 600 per term (collected termly for 12 terms).
- Application fee: RM 900. Admission fees and refundable deposits apply per year group as listed above.
- Payment terms: fees due 30 days before each term; late penalties apply; records may be withheld for overdue accounts.
Admissions

Admissions

Admissions into the school are strictly via an entrance examination and interviews with parents, and are at the sole discretion of the school's admission committee. 1. Submit a completed application for admission along with all supporting collateral and transcripts to the Registrar. (Enrollment Application Form is available below in PDF format.) The TiS Student Enrollment Application Form can be viewed, downloaded, saved and printed. 2. An offer of admission must be accepted in writing along with payment of the registration or deposit fees before the earlier of two weeks from the date of offer, or two weeks from the start of the school term; if not, the enrollment offer is voided and the corresponding student-enrollment position is extended to another applicant. 3. Students are normally admitted to Year 1 to Year 10 at the beginning of the school year in September; all requests for admission must be directed to the Registrar. 4. There is no direct admission into Year 11, as preparation for the IGCSE examinations is spread over two years and begins in Year 10. Direct admission is possible for the Year 12 2-year AS/A Level programme. 5. Admission requirements include an assessment scheduled after a completed admission application is received by the Registrar. Baseline topics include a test of ability in written and spoken English, a test of numeracy, and an interview with the parent(s) and student by the teaching team and admission committee. The entrance assessment normally takes two school days. 6. Submit application forms, with all necessary supporting documents, to the school's Admin Office no later than two weeks before term begins. 7.
