- All year groups: LBP 90,000,000 (LBP component).

- USD component and Other Fees (USD 500) by year group (USD tuition + USD 500 other fees = total USD component):
- Nursery: USD 7,790 + USD 500 = USD 8,290.

- KG2: USD 7,590 + USD 500 = USD 8,090.

Billing schedule and term / installment detail

- Reservation / 1st installment (due at registration): LBP 30,000,000 and USD 3,000. The USD 3,000 is part of the total USD tuition and fees and is non-refundable. The LBP 30,000,000 deposit is non-refundable and reserves the student's place until the 2nd installment due date.

- 2nd installment (due in June, before the new school year): the next LBP installment of LBP 30,000,000 and the next USD installment (the remaining USD balance is paid in two installments in June and December). The school's finance terms require the USD portion remaining after the USD 3,000 reservation to be paid in two installments due in June and December. (The finance documents state the remaining balances are paid in two installments in June and December; those two payments together complete the USD component for the year.)

- 3rd installment (due in December during the school year): final LBP installment of LBP 30,000,000 and the final USD installment to complete the USD tuition and fees for the year.

How the three-installment schedule applies (illustrative mechanics)

- LBP total: LBP 90,000,000 is collected as three LBP payments of LBP 30,000,000 (registration/reservation, June, December).

- USD total: USD 3,000 is paid at registration; the remaining USD balance (total USD component minus USD 3,000) is collected in two installments due in June and December. The finance policy specifies the three-payment timing (reservation + June + December) and that the USD 3,000 at registration is part of the total; the remaining USD portion is collected in the two later installments.

Late payment and delinquency

- An account is delinquent if not paid by the due date. Late payment fees of USD 250 per month (or part of a month) apply to overdue accounts; parents are responsible for any legal or bank fees incurred in collection. Official documents, travel arrangements, and participation in graduation ceremonies may be withheld for delinquent accounts.

Discounts and family concessions

- LBP tuition discount: 10% reduction on the LBP tuition component starting with the third child.
- USD discounts: 15% reduction on the USD tuition portion for the third child and 20% reduction on the USD portion beginning with the fourth child.
- Other fees (the USD "Other Fees"/auxiliary amount) are not subject to discount.

Boarding / residential fees

- There is no boarding program or boarding fees for Wellspring Mathaf Campus; the school operates as a day school. Bus transport and meal/lunch services are available as separate, optional services and are billed separately when used.

Other costs and ancillary fees (examples billed separately)

- The USD 500 listed as "Other Fees" (auxiliary/other fees) is charged per student annually and is shown as part of the USD totals above.
- Optional activities, after-school activities, sports team fees (example: a school swimming team fee of USD 135 per semester was charged for a team program in school communications), field trips, special learning support, textbooks/library fines (penalties apply for unreturned books), uniforms, school supplies, and bus transport are billed separately when applicable. Specific activity fees and periodic program charges are invoiced in addition to the tuition components.

Refunds and withdrawal policy

- All tuition and fees are non-refundable. Acceptance of enrollment constitutes agreement to pay the full academic year's tuition and associated fees, even in cases of early withdrawal, suspension, expulsion, or misrepresentation. If a family withdraws before the first day of school, payments made remain non-refundable and the school reserves the right to collect full contractual payment. In cases of non-voluntary early withdrawal due to international employment relocation, limited adjustments for certain supplier-dependent services (transportation, hot lunch, after-school programs) may be considered only with a formal registered employer letter; otherwise no refunds are granted.

Accepted payment methods and practical notes

- Currency and method rules: the LBP portion must be paid in cash LBP only; the USD portion (including the capital development fee and USD tuition) must be paid in cash USD only. Currency exchange between LBP and USD components is not permitted.
- Payment channels: (1) Direct bank deposit at Bank Audi branches (parents pay any bank fees and must include the child's name on the bank receipt). (2) Payment at school premises (contact the Accounting Department for details). International applicants may use international wire transfer for USD payments.

Penalties and contract conditions

- Late payment fee: USD 250 per month (or part of a month) applied to overdue accounts. Partial payments are first applied to overdue amounts. Parents are liable for legal costs for collection. Students with delinquent accounts may be restricted from official documents and school events (including graduation). Misrepresentation or failure to disclose required student health or learning information can result in dismissal with no refund and full tuition liability.
