1. Levels offered and enrollment guidelines. Preschool (PG), Kindergarten (TK), and Elementary through High School (SD to SMA) are offered. Preschool enrollment is year-round; copies of birth certificates and medical records are required, and the minimum age for playgroup is 1.5 years. Only students from recognized and accredited preschools are admitted to Sekolah Djuwita, and applicants must demonstrate suitable social, mental, and functional readiness before admission.
2. Pre-registration and conditional admission. For elementary through high school, pre-registration can begin in January or during open registration in April. Students are admitted on a conditional basis until final grades and examination scores are released. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required during the pre-registration process.
3. Entrance exam and interviews. All prospective students must take an entrance examination before admission. The school reserves the right to interview candidates before final approval by the school board; interviews are conducted by the principal or Director of Academic Affairs. Interviews are part of the admission assessment.
4. Fees and payment. Fees include a one-time registration and a monthly tuition, with amounts varying by grade and campus. An annual program fee is due by April 30 to cover proprietary programs. Additional charges may apply for library cards, Outdoor Science Camp, locker rental, sports programs, and Saturday courses; replacement and new uniforms are paid in addition to registration and tuition. Fees must be paid by the 10th of each month; late payments may restrict participation in activities or withhold report cards; payment options include credit card or BII debit, with a small service fee for debit transactions.
