Contagious diseases are managed according to government and SA policy, and the school provides designated spaces and routines that support social interaction and healthy living.

1. Prepare the following application requirements: Copies of school records for the past two years; a copy of birth certificate; copies of ID (KTP & KK) or passports (cover page, photo page, expiration date and current visa page) of the student and parents; for international students, copies of KITAS (photo page and expiration date) of the student and parents. These documents confirm the student's academic history and identity and enable the school to process the enrollment. Ensure all documents are available before submitting the application. They help determine eligibility and ensure a smooth enrollment process. 2. Fill out the application form. Complete the online application to officially begin the journey with Sampoerna Academy. The form helps the school understand each child's needs and aspirations so the program can be personalized. After submitting the form, the admissions team will contact you. 3. Undergo the admissions assessment. The academy is academically selective and all children must pass a period of observation and assessment (for early years) or an entrance assessment. The entrance assessment features an English language, Mathematics, and Science evaluation, along with a personal interview. The school may require students to attend the class for one or more days to monitor behavior and academic level. 4. If accepted, the family and student are warmly welcomed into Sampoerna Academy. The welcome marks the beginning of a richly enriching educational journey. The school provides guidance on enrollment and next steps, including orientation and campus routines. Ongoing support continues as the student begins at the campus.
