Fees

Annual tuition at Vidyashilp Academy ranges from INR 380,000 to INR 415,000 for 2026/27.

Application / Admission fees

- One-time admission fee (payable at seat confirmation): INR 35,000.

Tuition fees (by year group and per-term detail)

- Publicly listed tuition for the ICSE day-school programme is shown as an annual tuition of INR 3,80,000. This is presented as an overall annual tuition figure rather than a grade-by-grade or per-term breakdown.

- No public, grade-by-grade per-term numeric breakdown was published on the school's public fee pages at the time of checking; billing may therefore use the single annual tuition figure or a fee schedule managed through the school's parent-portal (see Billing schedule / payment terms).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Fee billing and collections are handled through the school's parent-portal (the school uses a MyClassboard parent/fee management system). MyClassboard supports flexible fee plans (annual, termly, quarterly or instalment options) and automated reminders; the school operates its fee collection through that platform. Parents use the Parent Portal to view dues and make payments.

- Payment of fees may attract standard payment-gateway charges for card or online payments where applicable (these charges are applied by the payment gateway). Instalment plans, late-payment fines and concessions (if any) are managed through the fee-management system.

Boarding fees

- Vidyashilp Academy at Yelahanka operates as a day school; boarding is not offered at this campus, so no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fee components

- One-time / occasional charges commonly referenced in school billing practices include: admission/registration fee (one-time), annual development/maintenance charges, textbooks/workbooks, examination and assessment charges, laboratory / practical fees, uniforms, school ID, student insurance, extracurricular or club charges, and transport (if a parent chooses school bus service). The school's public pages do not publish a full itemised list of fixed amounts for these components; some activity-specific programs (after-school sports) do publish their own separate fee schedules (see After-school sports below).

- After-school sports: the Vidyashilp Sports Centre publishes separate charges for its after-school sports programs with clear monthly and quarterly pricing per sport and per frequency (examples: athletics, badminton, basketball, cricket, football, skating, swimming, karate). The sports schedules include trial classes and note payment logistics. The sports program pages also state “No refunds after enrollment” for those programs. Payments for sports programs are handled through a payment gateway (Easebuzz on the sports enrolment page).

Refund information

- No general, school-wide refund policy for tuition or admission fees was published on the school's public fee or admissions pages. The after-school sports program explicitly states that there are no refunds after enrollment for those sport courses. For school tuition/admission refunds and security-deposit rules the school's fee office should be contacted directly via the fee contacts listed below.

Fee payment options

- Payments are processed via the school's parent/fee portal (MyClassboard). MyClassboard integrations commonly accept multiple online payment modes: credit card, debit card, netbanking, and popular wallets/gateways (Paytm and payment-aggregator integrations such as Atom/Easebuzz are commonly used). The school's after-school payments specifically reference Easebuzz as the enrolment payment gateway. Cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or challan options may be available depending on the school's chosen payment configuration and the parent-portal. Payment gateway convenience/processing charges may apply to online transactions.

Administrative contact for fee queries and payments

- Fee enquiries and billing correspondence: school.info@vidyashilpacademy.edu.in and admission@vidyashilpacademy.edu.in (these are the listed administrative/fee contact addresses). The Parent Portal link for fee access is the school's MyClassboard portal.

Brief note on available public data and missing detail

- Publicly available sources list an overall annual tuition figure (INR 3,80,000) and a one-time admission fee (INR 35,000) but do not publish a full, grade-by-grade per-term numeric fee schedule or a comprehensive school-wide refund policy on the school's public fee pages. The school's Parent Portal / admission office is used for billing, instalment setup and program-specific charges; the after-school sports program is an example of a specific activity with its own published fee table and refund rule. For any specific per-grade, per-term breakdown or formal refund wording, the school's fee office and the Parent Portal are the channels used by the school to issue the official fee schedules and payment receipts.
