1. Enquiry: Prospective families may visit individually or attend Open Days and schedule an appointment in advance. Admission is offered throughout the academic year and depends on seat availability and boarding bed availability; most students join at the start of the academic year. 2. Admissions Approval Process: To be approved by the Admissions Authorization Board, complete and submit the Online Admission Application Form with the candidate's details, a copy of the passport for foreign nationals or AADHAR card for Indian nationals, scholastic records for the past two years with mid-term transcripts or current academic reports, and a copy of the Birth Certificate for age verification. Admissions are based on merit, review of past reports/academic performance, seat availability, the applicant's age at the start of the academic year, and online or personal interaction/interview; an entrance test is required for some grades (as noted in the Admission Policy). The Principal reviews all applications and the school aims to communicate the decision within a week. 3. Joining Formalities: After an admission offer is accepted and fees are paid, the candidate must update relevant details on the admission portal and submit transcripts by relogging. Submission of the School Leaving Letter or Transfer Certificate is mandatory before school reopens. On receipt of the admission offer, pay the One-Time Admission and Registration Fees within two weeks to block the seat; the applicable Security Deposit, Annual Fees, Transportation Charges, Pocket Money and other fees are due by May 1 (or within two weeks if the offer is after May 1). Boarding status should be discussed during admission and is governed by the Boarding Policy; refunds on withdrawal follow the policy described in the policy.
