Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

Admission Process: Indus International School Bangalore admits students throughout the year, subject to seat availability, merit, and an admission test where the previous academic year's percentage of marks scored over 70%. The school is inclusive; all students are eligible for admission based on merit, seat availability and this admission test. Eligibility: The school does not discriminate on race, creed, color, gender or national origin, but it limits the number of students based on capacity to provide learning support. Admissions Approval Process: For admission to be approved by the Admissions Authorization Board, the Online Admission Application Form must be completed and submitted, including candidate details; copies of passport for foreign nationals or AADHAAR Card for Indian nationals for identity verification; scholastic records for the past two years with mid-term transcripts or current academic reports; and a copy of the birth certificate for age verification.

Scholarships

Scholarships and higher learning: Students graduating from Indus are guided to admissions in higher learning institutions both in India and overseas. IBDP/IBCP students have been admitted to reputed universities and colleges globally, including Stanford, Oxford, Brown, Cambridge, Harvard, Yale, Singapore University and numerous other institutes in the West, East, and India. Students who study disciplines have earned scholarships to various institutions and professional colleges through their academic and personal profiles. Recent highlights include two students awarded full scholarships to Deeksha Vedantu (May 2025); two full scholarships announced for the SCAD Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Rising Star program (June 2025); and in the 2024-25 DP year, scholarships totaling about $7.7 million and over 285 university acceptances were achieved by the cohort (July 2025).
