Introduction

EIB Wagram is a new bilingual private school opening in September 2026 in the heart of Paris's 17th arrondissement. The campus welcomes children from Petite Section through CM2, offering a truly bilingual French–English program with 50% of instruction in each language. Classes follow the official French National Education programs while incorporating Anglo-Saxon teaching practices and a Singapore-mathematics-inspired approach to foundational learning. A Language Integration Program supports multilingual learners, and Learnissimo provides additional distance language courses to broaden language opportunities. The school emphasizes open international perspectives through its bilingual curriculum and exposure to international learning experiences. Extracurriculars run year‑round and include artistic, sports, and cultural workshops, with bilingual holiday camps in French and English. The EIB Paris network comprises eight private, secular campuses across central and western Paris, serving students from many nationalities since 1954. The campus collaborates with families to support each child's language development and everyday well-being in Paris.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Academic billing is annual; the pupil is enrolled for the full school year and invoices are issued on that basis.
- Trimester calendar (billing periods): 1st term 1 September – 30 November; 2nd term 1 December – 28 February; 3rd term 1 March – 3 July.
- The first-term payment (premier trimestre) acts as a deposit to guarantee the place and is non-refundable once paid as the required acompte.
- For pupils joining or leaving mid-year, fees are prorated for entrants (month of arrival billed in full) and any term already started remains due in full for departures.

Accepted payment methods and schedules

- SEPA direct debit (preferred): three choices — single instalment (1st week of October), three quarterly instalments (1st week of October, January and March), or nine monthly instalments (first week of October through first week of June). An annual administrative charge of EUR 75 is added if the nine-month option is chosen.
- Bank transfer or payment by card is accepted with the same timing options (single payment in the 1st week of October or three payments on the schedule above). American Express is not accepted.
- Cash payments are not accepted.

Penalties, failed payment charges and recovery fees

- Failed direct-debit or cheque: EUR 100 administrative fee.
- Late-payment interest is applied at the legal rate plus two percentage points, and a contractual penalty of 10% of the unpaid invoice may apply.
- Recovery and enforcement fees: third formal reminder (mise en demeure) EUR 25; commandement d'huissier EUR 450.

Refunds and cancellation terms

- Application fees (frais de dossier) and registration fees (frais d'inscription) are non-refundable.
- The registration deposit (acompte) can be refunded only if the School receives written cancellation by registered letter within 15 calendar days following the date of admission; cancellations after that 15‑day period render amounts paid at registration non-refundable.
- If a pupil departs during the school year, any term already started remains due in full; optional services are billed pro rata.
- Special circumstances (certain orientation decisions by the school, or employer-ordered relocations under specified conditions) may allow refund or reimbursement of re-enrolment deposits as defined in the school's contractual conditions.

Boarding / residential provision

- Boarding is not applicable for EIB Wagram; the provision is for nursery and primary day schooling (PS to CM2).

Other contractual points relevant to fees

- Families with three or more children benefit from a 25% reduction on tuition fees starting with the third child (the first two children do not receive this reduction).
- Monthly SEPA from accounts outside permitted countries may incur banking charges that are the payer's responsibility.

Key practical notes about implementation of these fees

- The school opens for nursery and primary in September 2026 and the published fee schedule and contractual conditions apply for the 2026/2027 academic year.
- All amounts are shown in euros (EUR) and reflect the school's published 2026/2027 fee schedule and financial conditions.
