Admissions

Admissions

1. Applications are accepted for KG1 to Grade 12. Each application is considered on an individual basis and must pass a placement test. Admission is finalized after all relevant paperwork has been received by the Admissions Office. The placement test evaluates the student's current academic level.
2. A new student applying for admission must submit a complete application form. After submission, a placement test will take place to evaluate the student's current academic level. Admission will be considered once the placement test is completed and the necessary paperwork is received. The process ensures that each student is assessed individually.
3. Required documents upon acceptance include six passport-sized color photographs; an original electronic birth certificate (Egyptians only); a photocopy of the student's passport (foreigners). Also required are the original academic end-of-year reports from the current school, Ministry of Education documents, and copies of both parents' IDs. These documents must be submitted to complete acceptance. The Admissions Office will confirm acceptance after all documents are reviewed.
4. Before students can be fully enrolled at MES, documents required by the Ministry of Education in Egypt must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office before the beginning of the academic year. It is the sole responsibility of the parent to comply with submitting these documents. MES accepts no responsibility for consequences or failure to do so.
5. Online Application Form: An online application form is available. Click the link and complete the steps assigned. MES looks forward to welcoming your child to MES.
