The school provides IB programs across the continuum (PYP, MYP and DP) alongside an American Curriculum, with Cognia accreditation as an American school achieved by 2024. Notes on the published tuition figures

- The tuition figures above are shown as annual amounts. The school publishes annual tuition and also offers instalment/payment plans; families receive invoices that may be paid in full or on approved instalment schedules.
- When an annual amount is used to calculate an equivalent per‑term figure, it is an arithmetic division of the published annual tuition by the number of billed terms; any formal per‑term invoice or exact term billing amounts are those shown on the family invoice. (This per‑term split is a direct arithmetic conversion from annual tuition and does not replace the school's official invoice.)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is published and billed on an annual basis with payment options that include: full payment by invoice or flexible monthly instalments via the school's online payment link (PayFort) and third‑party instalment partners (ValU). The school also accepts cash, cheque or card at the school cashier and bank transfer/deposit to the school account. CIB cardholders have access to 0% 12‑month instalment plans where available.
- The school issues an invoice (e‑invoice/PayFort link) that can be used to pay in full or to register for a monthly instalment plan; instalment eligibility and bank lists are set by the payment partners and the school's accounts team.

Boarding

- Boarding is not provided; the campus operates as a day school with transport (bus) services offered separately.

Other costs and recurring / optional fees

- School bus / transport: charged separately from tuition (transport fees are additional to the published tuition).
- Uniforms: charged separately (uniform cost is not included in published tuition amounts).
- Trips, certain extracurricular or external activity fees and some optional service charges are additional to tuition unless explicitly listed as included; published notes indicate that books, activities and some resources are included in the annual tuition while bus, uniform and trips are not included.
- Optional sports or academy programmes (Hayah Sports Academy and other after‑school programmes) may carry separate fees and follow their own payment and refund terms.

Refund and cancellation

- Refunds of online payments are processed to the original mode of payment. The school's sport/activities payment terms explicitly note that refunds are returned via the original payment method; specific refund and withdrawal rules (including any administrative charges or pro‑rata rules) are applied by the school accounts office and shown on the relevant contract or invoice.

Fee payment methods accepted

- Credit / debit card payments via the school's e‑invoice/PayFort link (supporting major Egyptian banks listed by the school).
- Monthly instalments via ValU and bank instalment plans (including 0% CIB 12‑month plans where applicable).
- Cash and cheque payments at the school cashier during office hours.
- Bank transfer or deposit to the school's designated bank account (details provided by school accounts).

Summary

- The school publishes annual tuition amounts per grade (examples above) and applies one‑off registration and assessment fees at admission. Transport, uniform and some optional activities are charged separately. The school issues invoices that may be paid in full or via approved instalment plans through PayFort, ValU, partner bank instalments or by direct payment at the school cashier. For online payments, refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
